DinoKids^TM is an online virtual world service (the "Service" or "DinoKids"), created and operated by Avocado Entertainment Inc., located in Seoul, Korea ("Avocado").

During our initial registration process and service operation, we collect, process and use some of your personal information such as your account ID, account password to provide you the service of DinoKids, and we may collect your parent's (or your legal guardian's) email to provide our Parent Tool service and get in touch with him/her in case it needed.

Information Collection, Storage and Use in DinoKids

User data
During the initial registration process, DinoKids (and therefore Avocado) asks you to select a name for your avatar (Account ID) and a password. Please note that since DinoKids is a multi-user product service, your account ID will be regarded as public information and can be shared to other players so they can communicate with you in DinoKids.
AS ACCOUNT ID IS IN PUBLIC DOMAIN, YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR PASSWORD SAFE. SO TRY TO USE A PASSWORD THAT IS HARD TO GUESS. AND NEVER GIVE IT TO ANYONE. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD SO DON'T BE FOOLED BY E-MAILS THAT DO SO. All passwords are encrypted and cannot be read by anyone.
To provide Parent Tool service, DinoKids (and therefore Avocado) asks your parent to submit his/her email address to create a parental account for him/her. We ask for this information so we can provide access to our services.
We may from time to time e-mail you parent with informative messages about services.
Self Protection
NEVER SHARE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, IF YOU ARE NOT TOTALLY SURE AND AWARE OF THAT YOU WANT TO SHOW IT TO OTHERS. THIS IS YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY, AND IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WHEN USING DIONKIDS. DinoKids (and therefore Avocado) reserves the right to, but do not promise to, delete personal information posted by you.

The content you post in DinoKids is stored into our database and it is part of DinoKids content. However, Avocado will not publish or take it outside DinoKids services without your permission. Avocado reserves the right to delete inappropriate content or forward any illegal content to appropriate third parties and/or law enforcement.
Service:
The DinoKids service is monitored by authorized personal in order to maintain it a friendly and safe place. DinoKids (and therefore Avocado) might keep logs of chat conversations and messages sent in order to keep the environment safe and suitable for users of all ages. Logs and user's information are confidential and not shared with any third parties except when requested by law enforcement.
IP Address:
An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a unique string of numbers that your Internet Provider gives to your computer. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. Membership & Account
By accessing this Website and Service for the first time, you are granted a free guest membership instantly by applying to the Website. This membership however may not give you full access to all features of the Service and tools. Only paying members may have full access to all the areas and features in DinoKids. And Parent Account provided on the Website is necessary for you to access full services and tools in DinoKids.com.

Kids Information
DinoKids holds no limitation of age for DinoKids.com members. However, we take extra care of users under 18 years of age but we cannot do so if they don't identify themselves as such, and for that, Avocado may not be held responsible for any information falsely given by users.
Avocado Entertainment Inc. does not collect information that might locate or identify children under the age of 18 without their parents consent. The information collected by DinoKids from users identified as being of age 18 years old (or younger) is strictly for service access purposes.
DinoKids might keep record of your submissions for security purposes, by that meaning submissions, chat rooms logs, private messages and other content submissions might and will be monitored to locate online predators or illegal activities. The content remains confidential except whenever Avocado considers necessary to disclose to Legal Authorities. Moderator and staff members monitors the content posted in DinoKids to keep it friendly and free of sexual, violent and illegal content, but Avocado does not hold responsibility for user's posts.
Codes of Conduct; Content and Activity Prohibited
Listed under this topic are the content and activity prohibited in DinoKids. Solicit, participate, suggest or engage in any of the activity prohibited will lead you to suspension or ban from DinoKids. So please read carefully and notice that the following activities are strictly forbidden:

      - Any activity to disrupt another player's online experience
      - Abuse the report tools
      - Trick underage users to give out personal information.
      - Threaten other members or display explicit violent content.
      - Spam or flood the chats with repeated statements or messages
4. Harassment
      - Bullying
      - Intimidate or harass (sexually or in any other way)
      - Spread rumors about a player or Avocado services and/or employees
      - Create usernames to harass another user
      - Threaten, embarrass or distress another user by your behavior
5. Personal Identifying Info
      - Give out or ask for full name, address, phone numbers, locations, hangout places
      - Give out or try to get information that can be used to locate another user or his/her family,
        friends or an Avocado employee.
6. Hate Speech
      - Have prejudice of any kind and discriminate other people by their religion, color of skin, beliefs,
        likes, dislikes, gender or sexual preferences
      - Racism, discrimination, hate crimes, excessive nationalism and intolerance
      - Bigotry.
7. Illegal Activity / Terms of Use Violation
      - Use any kind of third party software or spyware to disrupt or interfere in another user's
        online experience.
      - Promote the use of drugs.
      - Upload, display or suggest any content that promotes illegal activity.
      - Make any kind of violent threats.
      - Disclose or share any kind of confidential Avocado information.
      - Sell or trade accounts.
      - Pretend that you are an Avocado employee or a related person
      - Practice any kind of crime
      - Advertise or promote commercial products/services
8. Scamming & Fraud
      - Phishing (asking for passwords or account details)
      - Keylogging
      - Offer free accounts, items or any kind of credits in any way
      - Credit Card fraud
      - SMS text fraud
      - Landline fraud
      - Any credits fraud
      - Pretend that you are someone else
It's also important that you keep in mind that you may not remove, alter and obscure any property notices, labels or marks from the Product(s) and Service(s) offered by Avocado. You may not alter this license agreement or any of the installed documents and files.

In all judicial actions, arbitrations, or disputes resolution methods, the parties waive any punitive damages.
Termination; Cancellation

Avocado may also terminate your membership and your account if you are considered a threat or disturbance to other users. Avocado reserves the right, without any limitation whatsoever, to: (a) investigate any suspected breaches of its Website security or its information technology or other systems or networks, (b) investigate any suspected breaches of this User Agreement, (c) disclose information about its users considered suspicious of illegal activities to law enforcement and authorities, (d) prosecute violators of this User Agreement to the full extent of the law, and (e) discontinue this Website or terminate your access to it at any time, without notice, for any reason and without any obligation to you whatsoever.
